The Waxman Full 1 Spray showerhead is available at you local Home Depot for $5.
This is a decent showerhead but still comes in last in this category. For those with a bit better pressure, this may be all you need. Though I would probably spring for the Delta 38357 with it's wider spray pattern or the American Standard for it's better build quality. Tried this one out for completeness sake.
Skip it.
